Where it can be applied.
Multiprocessor support can be applied to jobs both big and small, plus jobs that were previously too large for a single processor. If you’d like to isolate lighting and shades on one processor and the rest of the devices on another, you can now do this. In this case, if the primary processor is no longer functioning for some reason, the secondary processor with lights and shades will still work and your customer won’t lose control of these essential services – an especially valuable “peace of mind” benefit in multi-dwelling unit deployments.
Improving the system size and performance of the Crestron Home OS.
Multiprocessor support greatly increases the number of devices that a Crestron Home system can support.
