The Arc of Bergen and Passaic

introduction

Located in Hackensack, New Jersey, The Arc of Bergen and Passaic Counties promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities by actively supporting their full inclusion and participation in the community. Founded in 1947, The Arc was the first and remains the leading organization for people with disabilities, offering developmental training to provide the skills needed to support their inclusion.

The Crestron technology is flexible and adaptable to the needs of the participants and provides a multi-media approach to learning that was previously unavailable to those training at The Arc. The installation of the Crestron control system allows The Arc to provide training that will help them reach new individuals who were previously unable to participate in programs and improve the skills of other workers who are currently in the field.
