The SW‑HS‑L‑C license provides full Crestron Fusion Cloud room scheduling functionality for one touch screen with a lifetime maintenance period for support and updates.
Licenses are billed up front at the time of order entry. Licenses can be requested once they are ready to be deployed via the Licensing and Registration Hub.
Crestron Fusion® Cloud software provides a cloud-based room scheduling solution hosted by Crestron in Azure® environments.1 Crestron Fusion room scheduling integrates with many popular calendaring programs to improve the scheduling workflow and room usage for an enterprise. Connected room scheduling touch screens allow a room to be reserved on the spot for an ad hoc meeting. A room availability sign can also be paired to the touch screen, allowing for occupancy status to be reported instantly to the scheduling app for no‑shows and unscheduled room usage.
Crestron Fusion integrates directly with Microsoft Exchange Server® software (for users of Outlook® software and Microsoft 365® software), the Google Calendar™ calendaring app (including G Suite™ software), IBM® Notes® software, CollegeNET® 25Live® scheduling software, or Ad Astra® software.
SW-HS-C Series licenses provide Crestron Fusion Cloud room scheduling functionality for one touch screen in a deployment with maintenance periods for support and updates.2 Licenses can be purchased per touch screen to maintain the Crestron Fusion room scheduling functionality for one year, three years, or for the lifetime of the deployment.
