With Crestron Flex, residents can bring their own device to join meetings easily. In the theater, a Crestron control system and Crestron touch screen enable easy setup for a luxurious viewing experience. The indoor and outdoor pools, gym, and spa area all feature audio and lighting scenes controlled by its residents.

Zaha Hadid’s water drop pattern enhances the sculptural quality of the building’s arched interior walls, and the double-height glass façade elevates its spectacular panoramic views. The scale, intricacy, and unusual inverted pyramid shape of the windows led Crestron custom shading to be the perfect solution throughout the building.
