1. Overview
It is the policy of Crestron Electronics, Inc. ("Crestron") to respect the Intellectual Property Rights of others and to respond to effective notices of alleged infringement of copyright materials. Crestron expects you to comply with United States copyright law. Crestron has procedures in place to protect the rights of copyright owners in the event of alleged infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). 2. Requirements
2.1 In accordance with the DMCA, such notice must include the following to be effective:

(e) A statement that You have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
(f) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that You are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2.2 Crestron reserves the right to expel users, subscribers, and account holders and prevent their further access to this Web site for violating these terms or the law and reserve the right to remove any communications from this site.
