        I AGREE to the terms of the Crestron Cloudware License Agreement and the additional provisions for the transfer of Personal Data internationally, where applicable, all located at: https://www.crestron.com/en-US/Legal/software-products-on-premises-cloudware

        To the extent the Crestron Cloudware will be used or accessed in the European Economic Area, I further agree to the transfer of Personal Data to processors established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection according to the European Commission, subject to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses countersigned by Crestron Electronics, Inc.

        To the extent the Crestron Cloudware will be used or accessed in locations outside the United States, which are not within the European Economic Area, I further agree to the transfer of Personal Data, subject to the terms of the International Data Transfer Agreement countersigned by Crestron Electronics, Inc.
